The Urban Arts Cultural Foundation will be holding its annual African Village Arts Festival on Saturday, August, 16th at the Old Central Community House (1251 Bryden Road). Events will begin at 11 AM and run through 7 PM. Admission is free. Parking is available at Franklin Middle School. The festival will feature performers, vendors, and local restaurants.
