Every Thursday through Aug. 28	Live @ The Heritage. A summer music series hosted by the King Arts Complex and held at Mayme Moore Park on Mount Vernon Ave.
Jul. 24	Puff’s latest Making The Band proteges, Day26, takes over the Newport Music Hall near the OSU campus for a one night concert.
Aug. 1	Musiq Soulchild lands at the Ohio State Fairgrounds for one of the two R&B concerts at this year’s Ohio State Fair
Aug. 1	Not far from the fairgrounds, the odd couple, Gnarls Barkley will be performing at the Newport
Aug. 8	Chaka Khan wraps up the second Ohio State Fair R&B concert
Aug. 8	Reggae legend Beres Hammand rolls in to Alrosa Villa for a one night concert
Aug. 9	The Hieroglyphics crew will own Skully’s as a part of The Freshly Dipped Tour
